After a long anticipated wait, the boys were finally able to welcome their Nana to Venezuela. They have been very excited since my mom is our very first family visitor from the states. They have been busy showing her around Venezuela, but their favorite part has been relaxing at home & just hanging out & spending time together. We were very excited with the goodies she brought. It is quite exciting to get chocolate chips, cocoa powder, & hard to find spices just to name a few. I think she is enjoying her stay. So far she has seen quite a bit just in her travels here. We took her to her first road side "restaurant" last week & tonight she sampled empanadas. By the end of her visit she will have had her fair share of "culture". Thanks to everyone who has prayed for her safe travels. Please continue to keep her in your prayers as she continues to adjust & then leaves in a few weeks.
