Packed & Ready... Jornada 2

We loaded up the car with a destination of a city near Caracas, the capitol of Venezuela.  As you can see, we were packed in like sardines!  And Stacey was giving us her usual smile as Isaiah groaned in the back seat.  Thankfully, we only had ONE run in with checkpoints & police as we passed through a dozen sets of checkpoints.  It was time again for another round of our Jornadas Intensivas for Global University.  We were hosting the event at a place that had

facilities for housing, classrooms, & even a pool which was an added bonus for us with these 3 energetic boys!  We were pleased with the amazing hospitality we received from the staff at the facility we used & the students seemed to really enjoy the break from city life.  Attached are a few photos snapped by our highly talented intern of the few days we were there.  Here is our group of happy students as the classroom time came to an end.  We even had to include our most huggable & cuddly student, Mike... Imanuel's fluffy buddy.

And finally here is one of my favorite swimming photos.  Chris was able to swim once, so here is the bundle of testosterone that fills my home & my life!  We were able to convince Stacey to take a dip a little later... I think she even enjoyed it! It was quite the trip.
