After months of anticipation we flew into Orlando, Florida on Dec.2. We are going to be part of a meeting in Florida the end of the month as will many missionaries from all over Latin America. Since we were already coming in, many of us took the chance to have a brief family visit. We were particularly excited to come in since our brothers were home. We haven't seen Chris's brother Eric in 2 years as he is stationed with the Army in Alaska. My brother Phillip & his family were serving as pastors in Idaho. It has been 2 1/2 years since we have seen them. We have looked forward with great anticipation to seeing them all again. We flew into Florida but that was just one part of the journey. We decided to take a train to get us home to NC. It was quite the experience mostly because it took 13 hours, but the boys enjoyed it! Pictured are the boys posing with Chris & their boarding passes. In their minds they were going to board the "Polar Express" but trust me... no one came out dancing & serving hot chocolate!
