Many of you remember that in back in May Chris had a little bump up with our SUV in the capital city here. Where the damage was minimal, somehow the impact busted a piece of tubing that contained the freon for our air conditioning. Well, 2 months passed in which we sported "Natural" air conditioning. Other than me fussing about my hair blowing all over the place & Chris complaining about the loud (and I do mean LOUD) horns on many of the busses that are frequently blown, one would say that 2 months without air isn't really a big deal. Actually, under normal circumstances one would be right. But being in a city of 2 million people where you are 5 of only about 12 Americans, safety becomes a factor. Having your windows up cuts down on theft & unwanted vendors that prey on cars with their windows down. Chris's schedule has been so crazy that there was just very little time to find a reliable repair shop & have it fixed. We were thrilled the other day to find a repair center that could fix it on the spot. Here is a photo of the 2 men that blessed us by fixing the air in our truck. Now we can "Speed the Light" a little safer & a whole lot more comfortably!
