I was excited to have a little party for all of the special ladies that work with us either in Global or in ministry in Pavia. Sometimes you just want to do something a little different or special. I decided that a fancy dinner would be good & we would top it off with Chris being our waiter. Dinner consisted of a spicy rubbed pork loin, garlic smashed potatoes, pasta salad, a roll, & was followed by a dessert that was brownie on the bottom, cheesecake on the top & drizzled with chocolate & strawberries. Yes, it was that good! All of the ladies enjoyed the extra pampering, even though there were still 6 kids eating grilled cheese in the living room. Chris was an exceptional waiter too. We even got to celebrate my friend Erica's birthday too. It was definitely a night a yummy food, great friends, & lots of dirty dishes!
