The Light in the Darkness

So much has happened recently.  Chris has become quite the traveler.  He is speaking weekly in churches both preaching & promoting Global University.  Thank you for your prayers as Chris was traveling to remote areas alone.  Those ministry trips went well & he was able to be involved in lots of ministry with many of these people.  The most memorable was while traveling to a church in the city of Mariada.  To reach this church you have to travel through a huge mountain pass.  What should have been an easy drive took hours to accomplish.  There were torrential down pours causing actual boulders to fall.  Chris & Isaiah were amazed & scared at the same time as neither of them had ever seen a storm like this.  They eventually reached the church but were several hours late for their speaking engagement.  When they arrived there were several hundred people there.  Chris explained & apologized for their tardiness.  The pastor was kind & asked him to speak for a few moments.  They later explained that they were used to things like this happening because there was so much evil & witchcraft in that mountain.  The evil practices that take place in this mountain are unbelievable and are the cause of much of the spiritual warfare that exist in this country.  The photo shows the mountain I am referring to that is very near to where we live.  There is always a dark cloud that covers this mountain according to those that live near there.  Please continue to pray for our family as we travel into these spiritually dark areas & for the people of this country that they will find spiritual freedom through Jesus and see the Light in this darkness.
